Soysage roll

A veggie sausage roll with a difference. Made with buckwheat and okara (husk of soyabeans - named “honorable shell” in Japan for its high nutritional value.

Ingredients

organically produced - stoneground wheat flour (81% & 100%),
okara 15%, onion, non-hydrogenated palm fat, buckwheat,
sunflower oil, breadcrumbs, shoyu (*water, whole soyabeans,
wholewheat, *salt), non-hydrogenated vegetable margerine
(sunflower oil, palm oil, coconut oil, *water, carrot juice, emulsifier:
*soya lecithin, lemon juice, *natural flavouring), herbs, spices,
*salt and love.
